Precious and genuine like few other products of the earth, our extra virgin olive oil is the fruit of passion for land and tradition. Obtained from precious typical Tuscan varieties, it is harvested and pressed the same day to preserve the aromas that make it unique. The cold press is done in our Farm oil mill and so all the nutrients and aromas are preserved. Fattoria Montecchio also produces an extra virgin olive oil DOP Chianti Classico, where the pursuit of quality goes even further to obtain a product of great value.
